ShiftPoint LLC (“ShiftPoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Mexico single-member limited liability company, operates www.shiftpoint.us (the “Site”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. The Site is for businesses and adults interested in our services: software development, IT consulting, UX/UI design, maintenance/support, proprietary SaaS products, and staff augmentation. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false contact form data, interfere with functionality, or violate laws. We may terminate access for violations.
Contact form submissions (name, email, project interest like Custom Software or Mobile App, project description) are sent via Next.js to our email for inquiry responses only. You consent to email contact about your project. No user accounts or data storage occurs. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.
Site content is owned by ShiftPoint or licensors, protected by US copyright laws. You get a limited license to view for personal, non-commercial use. Portfolio projects displayed were developed by ShiftPoint team members as freelancers with explicit client permission; they do not imply ownership transfer or endorsement. No reproduction without consent; separate agreements govern client deliverables.
The Site is “AS IS” without warranties. We disclaim liability for damages from use, including indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to $100. New Mexico law applies to these limits as a single-member LLC.
